The Garnet Valley Dental team is made up of highly experienced people from diverse backgrounds who share one common goal: putting patients first. Every member of our staff not only brings clinical knowledge, but also warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. They understand the importance of patience, compassion, and trust when caring for our family of patients.
Marianne
Office Manager
Marianne has been a member of the practice since 1988 when she joined Dr. Bushick as an assistant. After a brief sabbatical to raise kids, Marianne returned to manage the practice and continued in the same role with Dr. Semo. Marianne is well-versed in both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. She brings a warm-hearted and compassionate approach to dental care, having cared for patients of all ages throughout her years in dentistry.
When she is not working, Marianne can be found spending quality time with her grandkids and family.
Deborah
Dental Hygienist
Debi has worked in dentistry for almost four decades, first as an assistant and then as a hygienist. With her gentle approach, Debi has a natural ability to calm the most nervous of patients. She is both a diligent hygienist and a tireless educator who is always looking for the best dental gadget to help patients achieve optimal dental health.
Outside of the office, Debi can be found at the Pilates studio. She is an avid gardener and loves to travel with her family and friends.
Danielle
Dental Hygienist
Danielle has worked as a dental hygienist for more than 20 years. She originally joined our practice in 2015, but left after the birth of her third child. She has since returned on a part-time basis. Danielle has a practical approach to dental care and is excellent at explaining dental disease in understandable terms to patients.
When she is not working, Danielle is busy shuttling her kids to activities or traveling with her family.
Landa
Dental and Front Desk Assistant
Landa is the newest member of our dental team. She has worked in the dental field for over a decade. She has a thorough understanding of clinical procedures and brings a sense of calm and reassurance to dental patients. Landa is well-versed in dental technology and can be found researching technology tools that facilitate dental care. She also assists with front desk duties at both our Chadds Ford and Maris Grove locations.
In addition to being a busy mother of four, Landa can be found writing poetry, singing at karaoke events, or reading a good novel.
Michele
Dental Assistant
Michele has worked in the dental field for almost 30 years. She is a skilled dental assistant who can work well with patients of all ages. Michele is also responsible for many behind the scenes tasks in the dental office, including equipment maintenance, infection control protocols, and ensuring we are well-stocked on supplies.
When she is not working, Michele can be found caring for her grandchildren, all six of them!
Michelle
Dental Assistant
Michelle is a dental assistant with over two decades of experience in the field. She has worked in many areas of dentistry and is very interested in delivering a personalized touch to patient care.
When she is not working, Michelle can be found spending time with her horse, Spirit, or caring for her loving pups.
